At the Pioneer Stud our aim is to produce dilute horses and ponies that are not only of show quality but who also have a purpose, therefore emphasis is placed upon temperament, conformation, type and ability.

We endeavour to operate a responsible breeding programme by
 producing a maximum of 2/3 foals per year from sires and dams with proven working/show/competitive records and traceable quality pedigrees.
